Omelette

2 large eggs

Salt and Pepper

1 Slice of Ham

Handful of grated cheese

Unbelievably easy dish to make. Beat 2 eggs together in a bowl and season with some salt and pepper. Put a small knob of butter in your frying pan which should start to fizz and bubble. When the fizzing and bubbling stops it's time to add your beaten egg mixture after giving it one last beat. swirl the pan round so you can no longer see the bottom of your pan. The egg will start to go white immediately however depending on how big your eggs and pan are you may have some runny mixture left on the top of your omelette. Simply push the sides of your omelette towards the middle of the pan and tilt the pan so the mixture runs onto the exposed part of your pan. Keep repeating this until there is no runny mixture left. Now you can eat the omelette as it is but it would taste very plain at this point I like to add some grated cheese and tear up a slice of ham onto the middle of the omelette and then fold one side over so you get a half moon shape with the cheese and ham inside. Once the cheese is melted it's time to eat the omelette. Only 5 minutes of your time for a superb breakfast and you can change the cheese and ham for nearly any other ingredients you would like.
